The finished strength of our creations is as good as a pair of new denim jeans purchased today. All individual denim pieces are hand cut, serged (aka Overlock stitching) and then sewn together using up to ten miles of thread. Lastly, all pieces are completed with a double needle stitch overall. The result is a very strong product that can be machine washed and dried. Just flip over to the reverse side and you can see the quality of our creations.
Some of our larger creations are made from over three thousand individually cut pieces from over a hundred different brands of denim blue jeans!
Care instructions for our creations are the same as a pair of new denim blue jeans. All of our products can be machine washed and dried. Washing can be done with non-chlorine bleach or chlorine bleach when needed. However, when using chlorine bleach use very little and always do a final rinse cycle with only water.
Drying can be done in a dryer but we recommend line drying for those who want our products to last decades or more.
